Meatless Monday - It's All About The Blueberries

I bought this giant basket of blueberries and I have been enjoying them all day long. They are as much a treat to my eyes as they are to my mouth. For nostalgia sake, I have to eat at least one bowlful of these beauties the way my grandmother used to eat hers. She loved them with a dollop of sour cream (I go with the vegan version) and a sprinkle of brown sugar. The rest will be enjoyed au natural - delicious!

That's gorgeously mouthwatering! I absolutely love blueberries. Blueberry pancakes are just about my favorite, but just fistfuls of blueberries all by themselves make my tastebuds dance a happy dance! (Huckleberries do the same!)

Oh yummmmy! I can eat blueberries by the bushel! Last year the girls and I discovered an organic blueberry farm and picked pounds and pounds and pounds... ;) I've still got quite a few bags in the freezer, so much you can do with blueberries, but yes, fresh are definitely best! :)

Mmm... I LOOOOOVE blueberries!! When picking them, I eat so much that my teeth start hurting (they're sensitive and start to feel weird when I eat to much fruit [sugar] ;)

Have you ever tried them frozen?? You definitely need to!! They're so delicious! <3

I've never tried frozen blueberries, but I really like frozen grapes. I'll have to try it with blueberries. Thanks for the idea.
