Now, for the meatless part. I wanted to let all the local veggies that the Caspar Community Center has an amazing breakfast on the fourth Friday of the month, and to make it even better they always serve a vegan option, hooray! I went yesterday, and it was so delicious! I can't wait for next month. Next time, I'm taking my camera, because it really was a feast for the eyes, as well as the mouth.
