Today I am thankful for, and I am looking forward to, some alone time. My daughter is leaving for Portland tomorrow, so some solitude is just around the corner. Don't get me wrong, I love all the sweet people that I am blessed to have in my life, but I do love me some alone time! I kind of wish I was the one going to Portland, because I do love going there to play, but staying home alone will be lovely too.

I'm with you - alone time is a special gift sometimes. I'm craving a bit of it myself.
I adore quiet time, not that I get much of it! When it does come though, I cherish every silent, peaceful minute. Enjoy yours! :) Today I'm most grateful that the sun is shining, and it's actually warm enough that I'm wearing shorts! Yay ~ especially since tomorrow the clouds return for days... ;)
