Meatless Monday - Retro Olive Sandwich

This sandwich takes me right back to the 1960's. This was a  classic at Grandma Boss' cocktail parties. I confess hers didn't involve vegan cream cheese, but you get the idea. Whatever happened to the cocktail party?
